Throughout her career, Katherine has led enterprise-wide initiatives in highly regulated industries, helping organizations enhance their risk frameworks, streamline operations, and adapt to shifting regulatory and market dynamics. Her work has spanned multiple continents, allowing her to bring a global perspective to the challenges facing modern enterprises.
Prior to founding Chimayo Consulting, Katherine held senior roles in risk management and operational leadership, where she consistently drove measurable improvements in efficiency, compliance, and resilience.
